McTime Field: Adding Employees to an Existing Project

You’re got a project and want to add employees to your project? Got it covered.


  1. Hover over to your project and click on “Edit” button.

  2. Click “Add Employee” button

  3. Begin by searching for the employee.

  4. Once found the employee, then click on “Add” button.


A flash message will appear that the employee has been added to the project successfully. You can head back to the main page by clicking the home button once you’re done with adding employees or you can click on the timesheet to start adding the employee’s hours for the week.
