If you are trying to send files, especially larger files or things such as zip files that normally wouldn't make it through our e-mail security, one of the fastest and easiest ways to send these kinds of files is through OneDrive.

To begin, find the file, or the folder that you want to share, left click on it to select it, and then right click on it to bring up the options, then click the "Share" option, with the little blue cloud next to it.

After you hit share, you will be given a list of options as to how you want to share it, and who you want to share it with. You can type in the email for a distribution group, or the email for a specific individual or many specific individuals, or you can go to the bottom and generate a link to send to people that will allow them to view/edit/save the file/folder you're sharing with them.

If you click on the "Anyone with the link can view" option, it'll bring up a separate menu that will allow you to set permissions for the file/folder you are sharing. You can set it to anyone who has the link, anyone in McCorvey Companies with the link, people who already currently have access to it, or you can change it to specific people. Further down in other settings you can give or deny edit permissions with the checkbox, set an expiration date for the link, set a password to open the link, and prevent people from downloading the files within it if necessary.

After you apply these settings, you can take the link generated or send the email to the people/group you specified, and they will be able to view/edit/download, according to the permissions you set, whatever files/folders you originally selected.
