Installing PDF Expert - Intune

Hello,

We are rolling out a new app; PDF Expert, to replace Bluebeam Revu for the iPad. Bluebeam Revu for the iPad was discontinued in December of 2025.

The pictures below will detail the steps you need to take in order to install the PDF Expert app on your iPad.

Step 1, from the home screen, search for the app called "Comp Portal"

Step 2, from the Comp Portal app you'll tap on the "Apps" section at the bottom.

Step 3, from there you'll tap on the PDF Expert app

Step 4, tap on the Install button.

Step 5, once the app has finished installing, go to the Home Screen of your iPad and open the app.

Step 6, tap on "Get Started"

Step 7, tap on "Construction & Architecture"

After that, your PDF Expert app should look like this:

Select "Measure" and reply to this email with a screenshot of what is being displayed. This will help us confirm that the licensed version has been installed properly.
